Information on the right of withdrawal
Applies to passes and to single sessions without a specified date, purchased at a distance (through horseback.pl or a payment link sent to you).
This information does not apply to purchases made at the Centre in Hucisko, to events on a specified date, to single sessions with a date specified at the time of purchase (Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), or to package tours, which are governed by the Act on package travel and linked travel arrangements.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail.
You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested the commencement of the performance of services before the end of the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract. For a pass this means that we refund the price less the value of the sessions already used, calculated at the unit session price from the price list.
The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been performed in full, that is once all sessions from the pass have been used, provided that you had requested the commencement of performance and had been informed that you would lose your right of withdrawal.
