Group classes in responding to dangerous situations, de-escalating conflict and the basics of self-defence (unarmed defence, without any additional tools or objects).
For children, teenagers, adults and seniors. They can also be profiled specifically for women (or for mixed groups, e.g. families). We adapt the programme to the expectations and level of the group.
Complete beginners are welcome - no prior training or particular physical fitness is required; we match the exercises to what participants can do. The classes can also be advanced and/or an intensive workout, if that is what the group wants. Duration of the basic block: 60 minutes (45 minutes for the youngest groups).
