For everyone 🙂 (no riding skills needed) - children, youth, adults. The goal is to show what horse riding and horse care is all about - plus a short ride. We also answer all your questions about horses, riding equipment and horse riding.
Program outline
🐴 Welcome and introduction
Greeting by organizers and a brief presentation of safety rules for interacting with horses (Q&A).
🐴 Horse grooming
Preparing horses for riding. We show how and why to groom a horse before riding. We split into groups and groom the horses. We talk with participants and answer questions about horses and riding.
🐴 Leading a horse
We show how to safely lead a horse on a lead. Then each participant can lead a horse themselves (safely, under instructor supervision).
🐴 Saddling and horse riding
We show what riding equipment is needed to saddle a horse. We discuss safe riding rules on a lead and how to mount. Each participant puts on a helmet (provided) and can mount the horse for a short ride (horse led by instructor).
🐴 Feeding horses
We discuss the basics of horse nutrition and feed the horses at the end (for children's groups - an interactive quiz about horse feeding).

At your location
We can adapt the "Meet the horse" program to the needs of the group and the purpose of the stay. We conduct "Meet the horse" at our equestrian center in Hucisko, or - if conditions and distance allow - at the client's location. A surcharge of 300 PLN applies for on-site events (for two horses; more if additional horses are needed).
Important information
- •Due to horse welfare, there is a 75 kg weight limit for saddle riding.
- •Group booking requires a deposit (we issue a proforma invoice).
- •Please prepare for variable weather conditions.
- •All activities are led by qualified instructors and educators.
- •We reserve the right to make changes to the program.
- •We charge per group (not per individual participant); for children's groups we only count children (guardians free of charge - as long as they do not directly participate in the activities).
- •We accept card, Blik, bank transfer and cash payments. We issue VAT invoices.
