Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days in advance: Full refund
Cancellations made 7-14 days in advance: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: No refund

Safety Requirements

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Helmets are mandatory for all riding activities.

Health & Fitness

Participants must be in good health. Weight limits apply for some activities. Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies beforehand.

Liability

Participants engage in activities at their own risk. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
